You were a true friend to her, and it gave our family such comfort to know that you were there caring for her like she was your own family. Juanita, you have found your true calling and to be able to give yourself, your time, your energy, your support and your love the way you do is a true gift. You were able to make our Gran comfortable and provide a familiar smile and helping hand when we were not there. Thank you for all that you have done for our family, and for all that you continue to do for other families. I know that Gran (Margaret) would be touched to know that she has inspired you; she would be so happy to see that you were giving your smile hand, and support to others. You are a true angel.

Our family would like to thank you and every member of your PALS staff for providing Rose with such warm and attentive care. You gave us such peace of mind when we were unable to be by her side. Even though we all know Rose didn’t want to be a ‘bother’, we also know she feared being alone unable to call for help. She had nothing but good things to say about you and every one of your girls. She enjoyed your company and sharing her stories with you. She was such a wonderful lady deserving of the high quality of attention the PALS staff provided.
